5. Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the worksite during agreed working hours. This includes ensuring that the area is clear of obstacles and that necessary utilities such as electricity and water are available.

6. If clients choose to provide their own materials or equipment, Elite Haven Homes cannot guarantee their quality, compatibility, or performance. Any issues arising from client-supplied materials will not be the responsibility of Elite Haven Homes.

7. We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. Any concerns related to our services should be reported within a reasonable timeframe so that we can review and address them appropriately.

8. Elite Haven Homes is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden structural issues, or external factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

9. Either party may choose to cancel the project under reasonable circumstances. In such cases, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed, materials purchased, and any costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
